I occasionally break out in my chin and cheeks and this is the mask that I immediately rely on to soothe the inflamed area. After applying this mask and washing it off, the redness and pain are significantly reduced. Hence this really does a wonderful job in calming and soothing the inflamed area.

This mask contains 2.1% of Mugwort (Korean tea tree) – a Korean natural herb that is widely famous for its detoxing effect, and its soothing and calming properties. It has a slight herbal smell but it is not very pungent or strong. The formulation of this mask is like that of a gel and it provides an immediate cooling sensation as soon as it touches the skin.

HOW I USE THIS

I usually apply this mask for around 15~20 mins and the good part about this mask is that it does not drip or slide which makes multitasking super easy. I can do some other errands while masking. So cool! This washes off super easily and it does not leave any residual tackiness meaning you don’t have to cleanse again.

RESULTS

After washing it off, my skin feels clearer and there is a significant reduction in the redness and pain around the inflamed area. Because this mask has great soothing and calming effects, this is a mask that I can always rely on when my skin feels irritated especially during that time of the month when the hormonal imbalance starts to kick in.
